My name is Michelle Dornor.
I specialize in helping individuals to overcome “ feeling stuck” in life or work. When you are not sure which steps to take, it is because you may be experiencing what I call a personal or professional “identity crisis”. I employ evidence based self-discovery techniques to build a solid personal and professional identity that boosts confidence and achieves goals by combining mental, emotional, physical and spiritual modalities to tackle present-day challenges. I provide you with valuable insights and crystal clear clarity to clear away the clouds so you can see your way directly to your goals.
My goal is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential using a holistic personal and professional development approach that integrates the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual elements. My unique process results in a better quality of life at home and work.
I am a wife, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, US Air Force Veteran, creator, poet, best selling author, entrepreneur, business owner, and a full time organizational and private coach with a combined 20+ years experience in the corporate and military world as an individual contributor and people leader. I am an International Federation of Coaching (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with over 300 hours of coaching experience with women, men, teens, and groups. I am currently enrolled in a health and wellness NBHWC coaching program and plan to have my NBC-HWC, a health and wellness coach certification, by the end of 2025. With my extensive personal and professional training and experience, I have been able to assist others in achieving the transformation they desire.
