Dornor Consulting LLC Terms & Conditions

1. PURPOSE

These terms and conditions apply to the Dornor Consulting LLC website and its brands, products, resources, programs, coaching, consulting, education, events, memberships, and related services unless different terms, agreements, or scope of work are clearly provided to the individual client for a particular offer.

2. YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

We collect and use information reasonably necessary to operate our business, process transactions, communicate with you, deliver services, maintain records, improve our offerings, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell your information to advertisers or third parties. Third-party platforms used for payments, scheduling, email, learning, video conferencing, memberships, AI, or other business functions may process information according to their own privacy practices. Public events such as webinars are usually recorded and replays are available to the public so any engagement is your agreement to be recorded. Coaching or consulting sessions are not recorded unless appropriate consent has been obtained from the client before the session. 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials provided by Dornor Consulting LLC are for the authorized individual purchaser’s or recipient’s personal use or internal business use. Our books, courses, downloads, assessments, reports, frameworks, teachings, recordings, prompts, methodologies, designs, trademarks, proprietary systems, digital resources, AI-related materials, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, shared, uploaded, distributed, resold, taught, licensed, modified for commercial use, or represented as someone else’s work without written permission. Purchasing or receiving access does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, and access terms depend on what you purchase. The applicable terms will be clearly presented with the specific offer before or during registration, booking, or checkout. Digital products, downloads, membership fees, and all virtual events and experiences are final sale and nonrefundable except where governed by applicable law. Approved refunds for specific coaching or consulting services are outlined in the signed agreement or scope of work and are generally returned to the original payment method and may require approximately 7–10 business days to process.

5. DISCLAIMERS

Dornor Consulting LLC provides coaching, consulting, education, strategy, resources, frameworks, information, and transformational support. We do not guarantee a particular financial, professional, business, career, relationship, spiritual, health, wellness, personal development, or other outcome. Results vary based on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation, implementation, effort, resources, timing, and factors outside the control of Dornor Consulting LLC. Our services and educational materials are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, legal representation, financial advice, tax advice, or other licensed professional services when those services are required. You remain responsible and accept responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

6. TECHNOLOGY, AI & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Dornor Consulting LLC may use technology and artificial intelligence to support business operations, research, education, content development, administrative processes, client experiences, knowledge management, or service delivery. AI-supported information should not automatically be treated as infallible or as professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other regulated advice. We may also use third-party websites, platforms, software, payment processors, scheduling systems, learning systems, membership platforms, video services, and other technology providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, outages, security incidents, policies, or actions that are outside our reasonable control.

7. RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY & AGREEMENT

We expect respectful, lawful, professional participation in our programs, communities, events, coaching, consulting, and other experiences. Dornor Consulting LLC may restrict or discontinue access when reasonably necessary because of abuse, harassment, unlawful activity, intellectual property violations, misuse of services, threats to safety, nonpayment, material breach of terms, or significant disruption. By accessing our website, registering, downloading a resource, purchasing, booking, joining a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you. These terms are governed by applicable law and may be updated as our business, technology, offerings, or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will apply prospectively as appropriate.
